Meta Ads management that checks Meta's numbers against your real orders

United KingdomUnited StatesCanadaAustralia

I run Facebook and Instagram campaigns for online stores, and I reconcile what Meta reports against what actually arrived in your store.

On one account that check showed roughly 30 to 40 percent of the daily budget going to campaigns chasing purchases that never happened.

What you get

01

A pixel and Conversions API audit before any scaling

I look for duplicate pixels, apps firing their own events, and gaps between Meta's order count and your store's.

02

Campaign build and management

Audience research, campaign structure, creative briefs and ongoing optimisation across Facebook and Instagram placements.

03

Results you can check

Each campaign is judged on orders you can find in your own store as well as on the ROAS Meta shows.

Proof from real accounts

Case study

The Body Essential, fashion e-commerce

Meta showed around 100 orders while Shopify showed 55 to 70. A second pixel, installed by a third-party app, was reporting purchases that never happened.

The campaigns attached to it showed the strongest ROAS in the account, so they kept receiving more budget. When I disabled that pixel, every campaign optimising toward it stopped delivering, which confirmed that roughly 30 to 40 percent of daily budget had been chasing conversions that did not exist.

Case study

AlphaMart, my own store

Over eight months I ran my own store on Snapchat, Meta and TikTok. Meta spent roughly PKR 15,000 on campaigns that never produced a sale, and they stayed on because nobody was checking below the account-level number. These costs come from a Pakistani cash-on-delivery store, so treat them as an example of the method and not as a benchmark for your account.

Snapchat too

I also manage Snapchat Ads. On my own store, Snapchat Ads Manager showed 1,034 purchases at US$1.40 each on US$1,452 of spend between November 2023 and May 2024. The average order value was about $8, so read that cost per purchase as a low-ticket result. The Snapchat diagnostic post explains what the screenshot does and does not prove.

How it works

  1. Audit firstI check the pixel, the Conversions API and the order data before touching a campaign.
  2. Build and fixI remove duplicate or faulty tracking, then structure campaigns around data you can trust.
  3. Run and optimiseI manage the campaigns ongoing, cut what is not working, and send a short update every week.

Common questions

Do you manage Instagram ads as well as Facebook?

Yes. I run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram placements.

Why do Meta and Shopify show different order counts?

Some difference is normal because the two platforms count on different rules. A large gap usually points to a tracking fault such as a duplicate pixel. On one account Meta reported around 100 orders against 55 to 70 in Shopify.

What do you need from me to get started?

Access to your Meta ad account, pixel and store as an admin or analyst, which I will guide you through, plus a short brief on your goals. That is usually enough to start within 24 to 48 hours.

Can you work with brands in the UK, US, Canada and Australia?

Yes. I work remotely from Islamabad, Pakistan, and currently have an ongoing UK client. I communicate over WhatsApp and email and reply within a few hours during my working hours.

Is this a one-off audit or ongoing management?

Either. I do one-off audits and tracking fixes, and I also manage campaigns ongoing.

Does Meta's order count match your store's?

Send me your account details in a free 15-minute audit and I will tell you one thing to fix this week.
