I manage Meta and Snapchat ads for online stores and check each platform's reported results against orders in your store.
On my own cash-on-delivery store in Pakistan, the ad accounts reported 1,092 orders and 523 of them became delivered, paid sales.
What you get
Tracking that matches your store
Tag Manager, pixels and the Conversions API set up and checked so purchase counts agree with your store, with no duplicates.
Channel testing on real cost per outcome
I compare platforms on cost per click, cost per thousand impressions and real conversion, as well as the ROAS each platform reports about itself.
A store that converts
Shopify builds and ongoing conversion rate work using session recordings and heatmaps.
Proof from my own store
AlphaMart, eight-month run
A hair-styling tools store I ran on Shopify with a partner, selling cash-on-delivery in Pakistan. I rebuilt the full funnel from Snapchat, Meta and TikTok exports and courier settlement files, down to the individual order.
| Stage, AlphaMart (cash-on-delivery, Pakistan) | Orders |
|---|---|
| Orders the ad accounts reported (Snapchat and Meta) | 1,092 |
| Shipped after confirmation calls (33.5% cancelled before dispatch) | 749 |
| Returned (refused, undelivered or lost) | 226 |
| Delivered and paid for | 523 |
Snapchat results on the same store
Snapchat Ads Manager showed US$1,452.18 spent, 1,034 purchases and US$1.40 per purchase between 4 November 2023 and 7 May 2024. Store-side revenue gives a ROAS of 5.69x. The average order value was about $8, so this is a low-ticket result. The funnel above shows why I check platform numbers against orders.

A note on context
AlphaMart sold cash-on-delivery in Pakistan. A card-paid store in the UK, US, Canada or Australia has a different funnel, so read these numbers as an example of the method and not as a benchmark for your store.
How it works
- Audit firstI review ad accounts, tracking and order data side by side and find where the numbers disagree.
- Build and fixI correct tracking and structure, then rebuild campaigns around orders you can verify.
- Run and optimiseI manage the channels ongoing, move budget toward what produces real orders, and send a short update every week.
Common questions
Which ad platforms do you manage for online stores?
Meta Ads and Snapchat Ads. On my own store I also tested TikTok, which spent PKR 6,412 and produced about five orders, all of which were cancelled at confirmation.
Do you build the store as well as run the ads?
Yes. I build Shopify and WordPress stores and run conversion rate optimisation, and you can hire me for the ads alone.
Do you run Google Ads for online stores?
My Google Ads work so far is lead generation for service businesses, such as a dental clinic and a UK carpet cleaning company. For online stores I run Meta and Snapchat campaigns.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your ad accounts and store as an admin or analyst, which I will guide you through, plus a short brief on your goals. That is usually enough to start within 24 to 48 hours.
Can you work with stores in the UK, US, Canada and Australia?
Yes. I work remotely from Islamabad, Pakistan, and currently have an ongoing UK client. I communicate over WhatsApp and email and reply within a few hours during my working hours.
Do you offer one-off audits?
Yes. I do one-off audits and tracking setups as well as ongoing management.
Do your ad platforms and your store agree on the order count?
