I set up Google Tag Manager, GA4, the Meta Conversions API and server-side tracking, then compare what each platform reports with the leads and orders you actually received.
The first step is a free 15-minute audit of what is firing today.
What you get
Tag Manager and GA4 for forms and calls
Triggers that fire a conversion on every enquiry form submission and every tap on a click-to-call number, linked to Google Ads so bidding can learn from them.
Pixels and the Conversions API without duplicates
One pixel per platform, the Conversions API alongside it, and a check that the two are deduplicated, so purchase counts agree with your store.
Server-side tracking and offline conversions
A server container that routes conversion data independently of browser limits and ad blockers, and a way to send booked-job value back to Google Ads.
Proof from real accounts
Smile Line Dental, Islamabad
The clinic ran Google Ads with neither form submissions nor phone calls tracked. I installed Tag Manager, set up form and click-to-call triggers, and linked the events to Google Ads. For the first time the clinic could see which ads and keywords produced patient enquiries.
The Body Essential, fashion e-commerce
A second pixel installed by a third-party app was reporting purchases that never happened. Meta showed around 100 orders against 55 to 70 in Shopify. Disabling it confirmed that roughly 30 to 40 percent of daily budget had been chasing conversions that did not exist.
Mr Expert Carpet Cleaning, Slough UK
A standard Tag Manager container, a server-side container, the Conversions API routed through it, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity, plus a plugin I wrote that sends the real job value back to Google Ads. This is an ongoing project, so results are still building.
How it works
- Audit firstI check what is firing, what is duplicated and what is missing, and compare platform counts with your real orders or leads.
- Build and fixI set up or repair the tags, remove duplicates and test each event with a real submission or purchase.
- Hand over clearlyYou get a plain-language summary of what is tracked and where to see it, and I can keep monitoring it ongoing.
Common questions
How much does conversion tracking setup cost?
I quote after the free audit, because the work depends on what is already installed and which platforms you use.
Can you fix tracking that is already broken?
Yes. Most of my work starts with an audit of an existing setup. My field notes cover the usual causes for Google Ads, Meta and Snapchat.
Which platforms do you track?
Google Ads, GA4, Meta and Snapchat, using Tag Manager, pixels, the Conversions API and server-side containers.
What do you need from me to get started?
Access to your Tag Manager container, ad accounts and website as an admin or analyst, which I will guide you through. That is usually enough to start within 24 to 48 hours.
Can you work with businesses in the UK, US, Canada and Australia?
Yes. I work remotely from Islamabad, Pakistan, and currently have an ongoing UK client. I communicate over WhatsApp and email and reply within a few hours during my working hours.
Do you know which of your ads produced your last ten leads?
Book a free 15-minute audit and I will tell you one thing you can fix this week.
