The Challenge
The structure existed. It just wasn't connected to anything real.
ContentBuilder is a US-based AI training and enablement platform — it turns internal knowledge into structured courses for employee onboarding, sales training, customer education, compliance and SOPs.
They had already built out an AI "marketing office" — multiple departments and agents, each with a defined role. On paper, it looked complete. In practice, none of the departments were actually wired into real platforms — Search Console, GA4, social publishing tools, Canva, and others — so despite all the structure, it produced no real output.
What I'm Doing
Diagnosing the gaps, then connecting each piece so it does real work.
- Diagnosis — going department by department to identify exactly where the disconnect between the AI structure and the real platforms was happening
- Platform connections — wiring the office into the actual tools it needs to produce output (Search Console, GA4, social publishing, Canva, and others)
- Content Builder, full-funnel — currently focused on the Content Builder department specifically: mapping and building out its pipeline end-to-end rather than just one stage of it
- Built through Claude and Codex — the diagnostic and integration work itself is done using Claude and Codex rather than manual scripting from scratch
